Return Policy

TURA Sports is dedicated to providing quality products and services to our customers.

If you are not completely happy with your product(s), you have 7 days to contact us from the date your order was received. We will happily return/exchange your items, provided they meet our terms and conditions:

  • Returns on customised uniforms with personalised embroidery or printing will not be accepted unless damaged or there is a manufacturing fault.
  • Good(s) must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Goods must be unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Good(s) must have no marks, makeup or smell of cosmetics, perfume, deodorant, washing powder or other products.
  • Return postage cost will be at your expense unless items received are faulty or not as ordered. Please retain proof of postage (receipt) until a refund is processed.

Incorrect or Faulty Goods

Our quality control teams inspect all deliveries to ensure the products you receive meet our exact quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty, damaged or the incorrect product, please contact us to arrange a free return delivery and a refund. The return must be received by TURA Sports within seven (7) days from delivery.

Stock Levels

All items presented online are available at the time of activation. Every effort is made to display correct quantities but due to unforeseen circumstances, some items may not available at the time of purchase. A TURA Sports staff member will contact you directly via phone and or email to advise if there is any complication with stock availability.
